Challenge and objectives

Beds24, a widely used platform for hotels, vacation rentals, and agencies, faced challenges rooted in its legacy interface. Complex workflows for multi-property management, channel integrations, and guest communications made daily use cumbersome—limiting adoption and slowing product evolution. Our mission was clear: modernize the platform’s visual language, simplify core workflows, improve usability, and build a solid foundation for future growth.

User-Driven Redesign

Mapped critical pain points and redesigned high-impact flows—from onboarding and property control to communication and booking management—anchored in real user needs.

Scalable Design System

Built a token-based design system to ensure visual consistency, seamless developer handoffs, and flexible customization for Beds24’s growing integrations and partner ecosystem.

Iterative Delivery

Prototypes and redesigned workflows were validated with property managers in real scenarios. Each iteration was measured for usability gains and practical impact.
