Our client’s project management platform—built specifically for game designers—faced a puzzle: managing playful, multi-dimensional themes alongside nearly a decade’s worth of legacy design and code. They needed a modern, scalable Design System with interchangeable modes, contextual rules, and streamlined workflows across marketing, product design, discovery, delivery, and development.

Developed a multi-dimensional token architecture and nested theme system in Tokens Studio, allowing global and context-specific settings to elegantly coexist, from nuanced dark and light modes to dynamic UI interactions.

Redesigned and tokenized core features, strategically breaking complex structures into modular components that fit seamlessly into the new, scalable system.
